For questions regarding an existing order, include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product name or SKU
  • A brief description of your question

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.

Email Crew@americanlinegear.comwith your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if requested.

Do not send products back without receiving return authorization and shipping instructions. The buyer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within five calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage or defect

Keep the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

WARRANTY QUESTIONS

Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee repair, replacement, credit, or refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS AND RETURNS

American Line Gear does not accept unauthorized returns.

The correct return address and shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Products sent to an unauthorized address may be refused or returned to the sender.
